Toni has over 10 years of Project Management experience in the IT industry. She is a Certified Scrum Master and has completed her PMP, a Diploma in Project Management and ITIL Foundation certifications. She is multi-qualified in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and is a member with both AIPM and PMI.
In former years she has focused on Strategic Planning and Team Management and in the last 4 years she has focused on self-development and career growth in areas of Professional Service Delivery with a keen interest in Customer Satisfaction through Stakeholder Management and Communication Management.
Toni is not only a Project Manager, but also a mom, wife, and a keen beach goer.
