Richard has been working in the IT Support Industry 10+ years. He is a neat and organised person. Working with people, and helping them with their IT problems and queries is one of the things he loves about his job, as it brings him great satisfaction to know he was able to resolve an issue promptly and completely.
To date, he has completed his Microsoft Azure Fundamentals – AZ-900 and CompTIA A+ Certifications.
In his free time, he loves going to the gym and playing online PC games with his friends. He also does some Down Hill Mountain biking every now and then, and is passionate about a lot of things among which are gaming, cars, music, and the outdoors. He has three cats and they mean the world to him.
